Students may choose from electives offered by the School of Business as well as the GW Law School. In addition to the required courses, students also select from a wide range of electives in specialized accounting subjects, as well as other business topics that help them prepare for their professional certification and career goals. Required courses can be waived with substitution depending on previous academic study and performance. We also offer a five-year combined degree program for undergraduate students enrolled in the Bachelor of Accountancy and Bachelor of Business Administration program at the School of Business (see 4+1 Program information below).Įach path of study requires a minimum 30 credits, with 21 credits of coursework in accounting. An undergraduate degree in Accountancy or Business is not required. The Master of Accountancy program offers a path for students at all skill levels.
